1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least 16 years old, to use the Website. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. What the Website is

The Website is a personal portfolio presenting my background, experience and projects, and linking to products such as 3dboma.com. Other products, apps and services I publish are governed by their own terms, which prevail for those products. Nothing on the Website is an offer, quotation or commitment to provide services. Any paid or professional engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, or other users' data, or probe, scan or test its security without my written permission;
• introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Website, including through automated scraping or flooding that degrades service;
• submit the account-deletion form or any contact form on behalf of someone else without their authority, or with false or misleading information;
• impersonate me or anyone else, or falsely suggest an affiliation or endorsement;
• copy, frame or mirror the Website in a way that misleads people about its source.

I may block access, remove content, or report unlawful activity to the authorities at my discretion.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website's text, design, code, graphics, logos and layout are owned by me or used under licence and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and logos (including Almosafer, MBC Group, Shahid, Seera Group and Minagate) belong to their owners and appear only to describe my professional history. Their use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those organisations.

I grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Website and to share its links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation, requires my prior written permission.

5. Feedback and messages

If you send me ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant me a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information unless we have agreed in writing to a confidentiality arrangement. Otherwise I may treat what you send as non-confidential.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website links to and relies on services I do not own or control, including 3dboma.com, GitHub, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity, Google Fonts and EmailJS. I am not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and links do not mean I endorse them. You use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Information only, no professional advice

Content on the Website, including descriptions of tools, techniques, AI-assisted development and 3D printing, is shared for general information. It is not legal, financial, engineering, safety or other professional advice. I try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date, and opinions are my own and not those of any employer, past or present.

8. 3D printing, making and safety

3D printing, electronics and related making involve hazards, including heat, moving parts, fumes, fire, sharp edges and electrical risk. Any information, link, tool, calculator, model or file you reach through the Website or the products it points to is provided for general guidance only. Calculators and estimators give approximations, not guaranteed results. You alone are responsible for how you use any such material, for following the manufacturer's instructions and safety standards for your equipment and materials, for never leaving machines unattended where unsafe, and for testing any printed part before relying on it, especially for load-bearing, food-contact, medical, children's or safety-critical use. Printed objects are not guaranteed to be safe, fit for purpose or compliant with any regulation.

9. AI-generated content

Some content or tools linked from the Website may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and may resemble other material. You must verify it before relying on it and remain responsible for any decision you make based on it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE SECURE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF 3D PRINTERS OR PRINTED OBJECTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Availability, changes and termination

I may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time without notice or liability. I may also restrict or terminate your access at any time if I believe you have breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.

14. Copyright and content complaints

If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, email owaiskreifeh@gmail.com with your contact details, a description of the work and where it appears on the Website, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. I will review and respond promptly.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to first contact me at owaiskreifeh@gmail.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If that fails, the courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and I submit to them, except that I may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective or representative action, and must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises.

If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory rights and protections of the country where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

16. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Website and replace earlier understandings.
• Severability: if a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in force.
• No waiver: failing to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. I may assign mine, including to a successor of my business.
• Force majeure: I am not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond my reasonable control.
• Language: the English version prevails over any translation.
• No third-party rights: no one other than you and me may enforce these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
